The Boston Musica Viva premiered Shirish Korde's Conference of the Birds 1-a song cycle based on the medieval sufi poem by Farid-Ud-Dīn Attar.The cycle featured Soprano Lucy Fitzgibbon and the musicians of the Boston Musica Viva with Richard Pittman conducting.
